Our standard shipping rate is $9.95. After the order is received, we notifiy the customer if additional shipping charges apply for extreme remote areas and/or extra large packages.

Retail Customer Returns
Perfect Party offers a 100 percent unconditional money-back guarantee on products sold to all retail customers. Every Perfect Party Consultant is to honor this guarantee. If a retail customer is dissatisfied with any Perfect Party product for any reason, then that retail customer may return that product to the Consultant from whom it was purchased, within 30 days, for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. A replacement of equal value will be given if the product has been opened or if it is a custome purchase. Please ask for further details.
Warehouse Preparation
We do our best to ship all in-stock orders placed by 1 p.m. Eastern Time the same day we receive them. However, please allow one full business day for our warehouse team to prepare your order. Shipping estimates shown below are in addition to the one business day that the order may be in our warehouse.

Most Orders are Shipped Within Two Business Days
Many orders are shipped within 24 hours, and all in-stock merchandise is shipped within two business days. Add the estimated transit time in the chart above to figure out when your order should arrive. You will always be able to track the progress of your order on our web site.
US Orders Ship by UPS and US Priority Mail, Canada Ships by UPS or Canada Post Economy and all other International Orders Ship by UPS International Expedited
We ship to the US by FedEx and US Priority Mail. Ground shipments to the east coast (as far south as Virginia) should arrive within 2-3 business days after leaving our warehouse. Allow up to 8 business days for ground shipments to the West coast. Canadian orders are shipped by FedEx or Canada Post International Economy and take 5-15 business days to arrive. Other international orders are shipped by FedEx International Expedited and take between 3 and 7 business days to arrive. Exceptions: Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses are sent by US mail and not FedEx.
Backordered Merchandise
We do our best to keep everything in stock at all times. If something is on back order, or if you order an item that is marked as pre-order merchandise, we will hold your order until everything is available and will ship it to you at one time. You will receive e-mail if an item you ordered is out of stock, and you can always check the status of your order on out web site.
Order Confirmation and Order Tracking
When you complete your order you will see a confirmation page. Print out this page as it contains your unique order code and instructions for contacting us. You will also receive an e-mail receipt from us detailing your order. For continental US orders that ship by FedEX or US Priority Mail, we will also send you e-mail when your order ships, including a link so that you can track your package from the FedEx or Post Office sites!
